This research tries to understand the followings issues:
– How characteristics of computer crimes were.
– How during the last forty years were the impacts of these behaviors.
– To present an approach for usual personalities profile of subjects who made computer crimes in the past.
We analyzed a set of individual cases on this topic, which came from the outside of an organization by the Internet network.
Computer crimes are conducts that begin to have legal implications when the virtuality in the network allows that different crimes were prepared.
Generally it answers to conducts that are not realized in an alone act, but in a continued series of them.
The criminal figures present different characteristics, because each one has a different mean. Once produced, it is possible to eliminate any evidence of their execution, which produces difficulties for the discovery and proof; and often their illegality is not clear, and depends on the country where the crime was emitted.
This work identified psychological profiles of hacker, cracker, phreaker and virucker, which can appear together in the same individual or separated.
